This site contains unpublished investment real estate properties. We call this the "underground" market for investment real estate. Sometimes called "pocket listings", these are unlisted nationwide US investment real estate opportunities. Most of these "off market" investment properties have high "value-add" potential. Many are either distressed, bank owned REO, and discounted bank notes for sale. All properties are listed under confidentiality agreements. This site is ONLY for real estate investment properties that are not listed in the conventional manner. The properties on this site are NOT published or listed on the conventional listing sites (i.e. real estate NOT found on Loopnet, CoStar, or any real estate MLS service), so please report any discrepancies to us to feedback@underground-resource.com.
